What’s a Sky-ku?
Sky-ku are like haiku but all about our sky. This short guide is written to help you create your own. However, feel free to ignore any of this, and just create a sky-ku your way. The most important thing is that you convey your feelings and have fun in the process.
Steps to making your sky-ku!
1. Your sky-ku should have three lines. (Don’t worry about number of syllables. We aren't!)
2. Optional: Give your sky-ku two parts a setting (line 1) and a subject and action (lines 2 and 3).
3. Decorate your hand written sky-ku or overlay your
sky-ku onto an image. Examples:
Steps to posting your sky-ku!
For a handmade sky-ku just photograph it and then crop out any background (important!) and then post it to your Sky Gallery just like a sky photo!
For an image made on a computer as text overlaying an image (see below) simply screenshot your image and then make a jpeg file version of it to post to your Sky Galley. Remember! Your Sky Gallery only accepts jpeg files!
